I googled my name and i saw i have a warrant for a court date i must have forgotten about that was listed on the matters of record in the duluth news tribune. but i had a attorny do a check and no warrants came up i went to the county website and the sheriffs website and to no avail i cannot find a search database for warrants. the location is st. louis county minnesota. i wouldnt mind just going to the court house but i since moved and dont want to blow a bunch of money to go up their to find out i dont have one. i know that under the freedom of records act that i have the right to this information and have been iffy searching for work since if i have a warrant than i wouldnt get the job. can i go to a illinois cop and have them do a check without them arresting me? i dont want to end up in a jail in chicago though lol

Anyone else out there having trouble dealing with their children this Summer Vacation?

Question about my cat?

Am i wrong to be upset at neighbor?

Our neighbors of nine years called the police on us because my sons (8 and 9 yrs old) threw water balloons at their car. The neighbors son who is 10 and his brother who is 12 are over here all the time every day all day.They swear and use the middle finger, the father screeches up the street doing burnouts in his car spray paints cars in his yard for people and the fumes come over to us all the time, etc, but they are our immediate neighbors feet away so i try to set limits and maintain the peace; i buy pizzas for them provide entertainment etc etc. they are pretty much neglected by their own mother and the dad is always screaming at them. and when they are here i constantly have to referee and set limits due to their angry play (they wrestle but actually try to hurt my kids !) so- the other day (friday) one of them kicked my son in the privates really hard and i asked him to come here so i could talk to him he kept walking , i said if you dont want to talk about it and say sorry then stay at your house as he was storming off. so he left. the next morning is when my kids and their sleepover friend threw water balloons at the car. (it was out of anger) so the mom came over and spoke to me about it (i was unaware) i had a talk with them about it and i thought the issue was resolved , then- the police showed up 10 minutes later! am i wrong or is this a bad neighbor!

I initially was denied due to not making enough money. I was awarded a hearing and provided my pay stub for the two years I was employed with the agency. The employer did no show up at the hearing. The referee ruled that I was financially eligible and then they ruled that I was eligible due to my separation because it was not misconduct. I was awarded back payments and I received an appeal notice from my employer stating that they are a church and do not have to pay unemployment. Electric water heating?

I recently moved into a flat which has electric heating and hot water. I have a timer set for the hot water to come on 40 mins before I get up in the morning and nine times out of ten it is fine but on the odd day the water isn't hot at all. The timer is on the same settings for all weekdays so I don't understand why it isn't always hot. I have my own boiler (range tribune he if that helps) and timer so I presume it isn't affected by the other flats. I can't see that there is a thermostat on there either so I cannot change the temperature. Please can someone help?

The neighbors son who is 10 and his brother who is 12 are over here all the time every day all day.They swear and use the middle finger, the father screeches up the street doing burnouts in his car spray paints cars in his yard for people and the fumes come over to us all the time, etc, but they are our immediate neighbors feet away so i try to set limits and maintain the peace; i buy pizzas for them provide entertainment etc etc. they are pretty much neglected by their own mother and the dad is always screaming at them. and when they are here i constantly have to referee and set limits due to their angry play (they wrestle but actually try to hurt my kids !) so- the other day (friday) one of them kicked my son in the privates really hard and i asked him to come here so i could talk to him he kept walking , i said if you dont want to talk about it and say sorry then stay at your house as he was storming off. so he left. the next morning is when my kids and their sleepover friend threw water balloons at the car. (it was out of anger) so the mom came over and spoke to me about it (i was unaware) i had a talk with them about it and i thought the issue was resolved , then- the police showed up 10 minutes later! am i wrong or is this a bad neighbor!

I saw a blue outline around a girls face today?

I was in my choir class and there were tons of girls sitting around, and then I noticed that one girls face was kind of outlined in a blue color. I asked my friend by me if she saw they same thing as I did, and she didn't. The grass in the park looked like somebody had poured mass amounts of yellow cabbage onto the ground, and John Dinka ******* hated yellow cabbage. He turned around in disgust and hopped into his half-shower. It was 7:45 a.m on a Thursday. Time ticked like it always has, and John Dinka’s alarm clock went off while he was in the shower, like it always does. Are these signs that I am OCD?

It's kinda hard to explain so please stay with me. When I was younger I walked to school so I wouldn't lock the door at times I would think if I forgot to lock it so I would be halfway to school and I'd go back home to check so then I knew it was locked so then I would start walking and I would think that again so then I'd go back and make sure I closed it. And I would've probably done is 2-3 times before making sure. Also In my head I think of a certain pattern whether it's from turning off a light to making a certain snapping/clapping/exc sound. And i think in my head if it have to be equal on both sides (like in math if you were to cut something in half it's equal on both sides) and sometimes typing if I make a mistake I will repeat is three times. Some times numbers I repeat is 2.3.4,5, or 8. I can control if I do it but it just makes me feel uneasy like it will make me relieved but the thng is with the tapping or whatever thing I will literally do it up to 20 times literally. Another example is when I turn off the lite I ussually pound it at the bottom of the switch (the pad like where you but it up or down) and if I don't hit it at the middle I'll do it again but I'll do it three times or five times. When I was younger I used to be a germaphobe (a lot cause my dad said door handles are really germs and stuff like that) so do you think I'm OCD? O ya and I get on habits easily anywhere from bouncing my head to cracking my jaw to squinting my face

I origianlly started having eyesight problems in 9th grade but have not been truely noticed till the latter part of my 10th grade year. My eyes could never make up their mind on whether or not I am either farsighted or nearsighted, because it was either one or the other and its only farsightedness that makes me squint unless I've been texting for a while and the screen starts to blurr and letters start to merge together. When I look at objects they look slanted, crooked, and well after examining if this was right(even down to my cell phone it gets like that) I realized it just made it worse. Also I do get headaches from squinting to long, if I am tired its 10x worse, and I have to make sure I eat or it makes it worse. MY father did have to have lasic eye surgery because he had farsightedness, my mother is close to being almost albino with her eyesight, and my grandpa has the problem where he has to get shots in his eyes because hes starting to get tunnel vision. Sounds like you need glasses, your eyes are always changing, so what might had been ok vision is become not so any more. Or other issues could be the case. This question really needs to be given at your eye appointment for your eye exam. if their is other issues not needing corrective lenses, your doctor should be able to see them. at least you can illuminate this possibility if you are sure you dont need glasses.. a eye exam at walmart i think is only like $60bucks.

Should i wear my glasses when driving?

Ok so here's the deal. I already passed my vision exam( i didn't know i was nearsighted then) when I got my theoretical exam, now i have to start actually driving. My vision isn't 20/20 but it's better than 20/40, something like 20/30. I wore glasses for a while and at the beginning I had 20/40 because I squinted a lot so it always made it worse( this was a year after i passed my theoretical exam). I would wear them only when I was writting something of a board and if I was in the back or when watching tv. Whenever I took them of my vision was really blurry, so I looked at the internet and saw that your vision gets worse whenever you wear them. I stopped wearing them and my vision got a little better( no more squinting) but it's still not perfect, but I can see all the signs no matter the time of day or visibility conditions from a decent distance whenever my parents drive me anywhere. Sounds like you're doing a spectacular job. It's great that you're supervising their play and you should probably continue to keep an eye on them until the kitten gets a little stronger, just to be safe. I doubt your older cat's behavior is aggressive. You would be able to tell if he was actually upset and trying to injure the kitten. More likely they are just play fighting and having fun. I haven't had two cats concurrently but it sounds a lot like playtime between my cat and dog. They're best friends but look like they're trying to kill each other when they play. It may look rough but if your cat was hurting the kitten the kitten would squeal and clearly express that it was in pain, letting your cat know to stop whatever he's doing. If the kitten was being hurt he also wouldn't come back to be further attacked. If your cats sleep together they obviously enjoy each others company, which is great. I'm glad the kitten seems to fit in so well as a member of your family. Thank you and your daughter for helping a stray. Best of luck with your kitten! :)

From your scenarios, no those are not foul throws. I usually see more issues with the 3rd rule in which the ball has to start from the back of the head than the first 2. A player can release the ball at any angle they want toward the ground as long as the ball started behind the head and it crosses the line and a lot of players flex their bodies to put more power into the throw, which is perfectly fine. It might be a good idea to make a separate user account not associated with your radio station accounts, if you have been using the same email or name for both you are making it very easy for them to track you. Using two different computers, or perhaps even browsers, might be a good idea also. I am not trying to promote cheating or fraud, just answer your question. I have heard that this happened to several people, and some were able to get the radio accounts back, which I consider very fortunate for them. If you are sharing codes or answers on here, or elsewhere, you are not following the rules and you are guilty of fraud. Deleting your account is the least of what they could do - they certainly have the option to pursue legal action, especially if prizes were won and claimed. Generally the amount (value of the prizes) does not make it worth their time to pursue, lawyers are expensive, but I would be very wary if I won a large prize or a number of prizes whose value is significant when combined. Some of the larger stations likely have an attorney on staff or retainer, so they would be the ones most likely to take that step. I don't see the problem with polygamy (unless done under false pretences). Many cultures have done it and if somebody consents to become one of several spouses, then I wouldn't stop them. Women should be able to have multiple partners just like men though.

Yes of course Ireland is a racist country, and yes I'm irish, even I was shocked, but as soon as we started getting an influx of eastern european immigrants and African refugees it brought out a lot of racism in people. We went from being a 100% white and catholic country to a multicultural country in a very short space of time, almost over night and a lot of people were 'put out' Of course a lot of people were more bothered by the free money given to refugees by the Government than anything else, or the fact that that people claiming social welfare were not Irish anymore, but lots of different nationalities. I think I'm really ugly?

I'm asian and I think I am extremely ugly compared to a ton of beautiful girls in my school. My eyes are naturally monolids, but one of them turned to a double lid and it won't go back. Now my eyes are uneven and they look weird. My monolid looks like I'm constantly squinting and my double lid doesn't make anything better. Eyeliner and mascara look fine on my double lid, but terrible on my monolid. Plus both of my eyes slant upwards so I have to deal with the stupid "Chinese, Japanese, dirty knees. etc" joke. Also I think my nose is way too fat. I have almost no bridge at all, and my nostrils are HUGE!! It makes me look like I have a pig's nose. How does squinting work?

Light passing through a misshapen lens misses the focal point. The farther the light rays are from the center of the lens, the more they are diverted from the focal point. Squinting reduces the amount of peripheral light entering the eye. Limiting the rays of light that come in through the pupil allows rays to pass closer to the center of the lens creating a more focused image. Of course squinting also constricts the visual field and decreases the brightness of the image.
