Why such action is not possible in India.?

I think no comparison can be made regarding the way of functioning in different countries. For problems in the services of a Bank in India there are forums where appeal can be made. RBI has instituted 'Banking Ombudsman' for this particular purpose. It will be better to report the matter to him.
