Could there be something wrong with my dogs eye?

I think something in the garden may have gotten in his eye. Maybe a thorn from a plant, or anything spikey or something ticklish has gotten near his eye. You may just want to take him to the vet to check his eye. It most likely won't cost that much. Hope I helped! :D
