Do you see the rainbow two? Or is there something wrong with my eyes?

Me and my father were walking home from a ball game and I saw 1 of the head lights of a car about 20 feet in front of us parked. But the head lights were on. Now I know when u squint u can see the rays or something but if I squint and focus a little I see a circle. About a 1-2 feet farther away from the light a rainbow depending on the light it's red yellow blue or colors of a small rainbow in a circle around the light. My dad couldn't see it at all. I told him cause he's older maybe his eyes can't do it anymore. But you all can see the rainbow right thelight rainbow circle about the lights kinda mixed in with the rays ?
