Are blue/green/gray eyes more sensitive to light than brown and hazel eyes?

My eyes are blue/green, and I noticed that I always squint a lot outside. I also see that other people who have light eyes squint as much as I do. But, people with brown eyes, I noticed that they don't squint as much as we do. Are light eyes more sensitive to light?
