My kittens eye is red and bloated, and hes squinting what should i do?

I have one mom cat and two 8 week old kittens, and first the mom cat had an eye problem, now one of the babies have the eye problem and the other is looking as if its going to get the eye problem soon. The left eye is really wet and there's yellow stuff in there eye and there squinting, is it a disease or something? Any advice on helping them would be really great. Thanks =)
