He has a disorder. Would it make me look bad dating him?

I dont understand why that would make you look bad at all. Tourette's isn't exactly something that is going to lower his ability to judge people, so I dont see you taking advantage of him at all. If he is a nice guy and you like him, I think you should date him. Just tell your friends to get over it.
